Craffies Coaching in Collaboration with the University of the Free States, School for Financial Planning law will be launching a twelve-week financial coaching course soon.
The Course will be unique as it will cover not only the principals of Coaching and Financial Coaching but will also spend much time on the integration into the financial planning process. We find that a significant challenge for planners is, after completing coach training, is how to apply the skills it in their practices. How to integrate the role of planner and coach?
The content will be interactive, and content is structured, using animated videos, discussion groups, practical coaching and some virtual meetings to ensure that the community learns from each other and have ample opportunity to integrate the learning.
We will share more information when we are ready to launch the program. I can’t wait, as it will be a journey filled with fun and learning!
